Why does Elective Simulation use 40 questions?
The current engine uses a 40-question, 60-minute objective simulation based on the recent Elective Mathematics paper pattern. If WAEC changes the new-curriculum scheme, this setting can be updated without rebuilding the question bank.
Should I start with Simulation?
Start with Clinic Practice if the method is still weak. Move to Guided Timed Practice when the correction is clearer. Use Simulation last, when you are ready to work without feedback until submission.
What happens after a wrong Clinic answer?
The engine gives a useful hint without showing the answer, lets you retry, and then provides the correction and hidden gap. This keeps the learner thinking before the full explanation appears.
Are sequences, series and binomial expansion included?
Yes. They are clearly included in the Advanced Algebra bank together with functions, logarithms, the remainder theorem and partial fractions.
Does this engine cover the whole Elective Mathematics syllabus?
No. It is a targeted intervention engine built around six recurring mark-loss clusters. It strengthens the areas where focused correction is most useful; it does not replace lessons or complete syllabus study.
Is this different from the Core Mathematics V15.3 engine?
Yes. It has a separate Elective Mathematics question bank, separate saved progress and a different exam setup. Using this page will not overwrite a learner's Core Practice Zone progress.
